Most recently, Mr. Fleming served as senior vice president and regional operating officer for the Northeast within The Doctors Company. He has been with the firm for 24 years, serving in numerous roles, including as an integration leader following acquisitions.
Mr. Fleming replaces Rob Francis, who is leaving the company after 12 years.
