Florence-based North Alabama Medical Center named Melissa Armstead, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer, according to a May 5 report from Courier Journal.
Ms. Armstead will step into her new role June 1. She recently served as chief nursing officer at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, Tenn.
