Tenet selects new leaders for Sierra Vista Regional, Twin Cities Community hospitals

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare announced three leadership appointments at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, Calif.

Tenet selected Michael Keleman to serve as market chief strategy officer for both Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital. He was previously director of network development for Tenet Healthcare’s joint venture with John Muir Health. He holds a master’s in healthcare administration degree from Los Angeles-based University of Southern California. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center named Eleze Armstrong COO. She previously served as chief strategy officer at Twin Cities Community Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Twin Cities Community Hospital appointed Lois Johnson CFO. Ms. Johnson formerly served as facilities financial officer at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She earned MBA at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
