Sutter Health, a 27-hospital system based in Sacramento, Calif., has named Eboney Hadnott, PharmD, as its vice president of ambulatory pharmacy.
Dr. Hadnott, who announced the news Sept. 23 on LinkedIn, most recently served as the network director of ambulatory care pharmacy for Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health, which operates 18 hospitals. She joined Hackensack Meridian in late 2022 from Rochester (N.Y.) Regional Health, where she served as system vice president of pharmacy services.
At Sutter Health, Dr. Hadnott will “provide strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory pharmacy services … including retail, specialty, oncology, mail order, central fill and infusion pharmacy operations,” according to the California system.

Last December, Hackensack Meridian Health’s chief pharmacy officer, Will Carroll, PharmD, joined Sutter Health as its vice president and chief pharmacy officer. The New Jersey health system’s CEO, Robert Garrett, announced Sept. 21 he is retiring in mid-2027.
