Mr. Fine has been with St. Luke’s for 10 years. Cliff Robertson, MD — chief operating officer of CHI’s Franciscan Health System in Tacoma, Wash. — has been named interim CEO of St. Luke’s.
CHI acquired St. Luke’s earlier this year in from the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.
