Mr. Watson currently serves as CEO for Sumner County Hospital District 1 in Caldwell, Kan., a position he’s held since 1996.
He previously served in numerous administrative positions at the former Arkansas City Memorial Hospital in Kansas between 1977 and 1996. Those roles included business office manager, human resources director and assistant administrator.
Mr. Watson will succeed Steve Perkins, whose retirement will become effective in January.
