Ms. Ritchey-Baldwin has more than 18 years of financial experience. She most recently served as vice president of finance of St. Elizabeth Healthcare for the past two years. In this role, she is credited with helping develop St. Elizabeth’s strategic and financial plans, as well as with creating improved processes for using work capital and implementing a new budgeting process.
Prior to joining St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Ms. Ritchey-Baldwin served as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at Chiquita Brands Internationals from 2008 to 2012 and audit manager for Deloitte & Touche Professional Services.
Ms. Ritchey-Baldwin succeeds Nathan VanLaningham, who left St. Elizabeth Healthcare to become senior vice president of finance for Columbus-based OhioHealth.
