Hampton Roads, Va.-based Sentara Health has promoted Rachelle Capps to vice president of managed care contracting, according to a post on her LinkedIn page.
Ms. Capps has been with the health system since December 2012 and previously served as senior director of managed care contracting. She also served as interim vice president of managed care contracting.
She previously served as a senior health management advisor for Phillips 66/ConocoPhillips, according to her LinkedIn page.
