The Tennessee-based Saint Thomas Regional hospitals include Saint Thomas Highlands in Sparta; Saint Thomas DeKalb in Smithville; Saint Thomas Stones River in Woodbury; and Saint Thomas River Park in McMinnville.

1. Ms. Biles comes to Saint Thomas Health from Mercy in Ada, Okla., where she was vice president of mission.
2. She holds a master of arts degree in healthcare mission from the Aquinas Institute of Theology in St. Louis.
3. In her new role, Ms. Biles will lead and promote all areas of mission integration in the aforementioned hospitals.
