Mr. Cobb was most recently the CEO of Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, La. He replaced David Williams, who became the CEO of Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Mo.
Mr. Cobb earned his MBA from Texas A&M University in College Station and a master’s degree in health administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
