Here are four things to know about the appointments.
1. QHR conducted a national search following the retirement of former President and CEO Mickey Bilbrey in December 2016.
2. Mr. Vento was named interim president and CEO of the organization in January. He previously served as COO of QHR.
3. Mr. Maher has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including extensive work in strategic planning and client engagement management, among other fields.
4. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Maher served as senior vice president of consulting at QHR.
