Pleasant Valley Hospital Names Larry Unroe Interim CEO

Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va., has named Larry Unroe its interim CEO following the departure of former CEO Tom Schauer, according to a report by The Point Pleasant Register.

No reasons were given for Mr. Schauer’s departure.

Mr. Unroe previously served as president and CEO of Marietta (Ohio) Health Systems. He will begin his new role at Pleasant Valley Hospital immediately, according to the report.
