Philip Newbold. CEO of Beacon Health System (South Bend, Ind.). Mr. Newbold served as president and CEO Of Memorial Hospital of South Bend and Memorial Health System for almost three decades, and when the organization affiliated with Elkhart (Ind.) General Hospital, he was appointed CEO of the affiliated organization, Beacon Health System. Previously, he served as a senior executive at Cleveland-based St. Luke’s Hospital and CEO of Oklahoma City-based Baptist Medical Center. He holds degrees from Columbus-based The Ohio University and Oxford-based Miami University of Ohio.
