2. Prior to joining Pemiscot, he was CEO and administrator at Pickens County Medical Center in Carrollton, Ala.
3. Mr. Marshall graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a bachelor’s degree in architectural construction and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning.
