Elva Sipin has been appointed COO of PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Wash., effective April 28.
Ms. Sipin brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to the role, most recently serving as interim COO of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash., according to an April 15 health system news release. She also served as system vice president for clinical services and operations during her interim tenure.
As COO of PeaceHealth St. John, she will oversee perioperative, cardiovascular and diagnostic imaging services, along with overall campus operations.
Vancouver-based PeaceHealth operates nine medical centers.
