Douglas Thompson will serve as the first executive to oversee population health finance operations for both Partners and NHP. In his dual role, Mr. Thompson will provide leadership on integration and advancement of new population health models, including payment mechanisms and investments.
Mr. Thompson has served as interim CFO for Neighborhood Health Plan since 2014, and will take over as permanent CFO in addition to his new position.
