Dr. Chen received her MD from Peking University Health Science Center in China, and completed her residency in ophthalmology at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
She joins BayCare’s Green Bay Eye Clinic and will provide care at its main office in Green Bay, as well as at its Sturgeon Bay office.
