Ohio Hospital Announces New CEO

Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, has named R. Bruce James as the hospital’s next president and CEO, according to a Union news release.

Mr. James will replace William W. Harding, who will retire on July 6 after 26 years as the hospital’s CEO.

Mr. James currently serves as CEO of Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyo. He has held numerous other executive leadership positions at St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospitals of Macomb in Mt. Clemens, Mich., Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, Tenn., St. Michael Hospital in Milwaukee and Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tenn.
