The hospital’s board of directors had been searching for a permanent replacement since former CEO David Freed resigned in September 2014, eventually determining Dr. Geller, a radiologist, was the best fit for the job.

“During my several months as interim CEO, I have witnessed the strength and determination of an amazing team of professionals who continually rise to the challenges faced by health care providers,” Dr. Geller stated. “It is my honor to accept the role of leading this dedicated staff as we look to the future and continued service to our community.”
