Jersey City (N.J.) Medical Center, part of West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas Health, has named Joseph Anton COO.
In his new role, Mr. Anton will oversee daily operations of the hospital to ensure patient care and operational efficiency, according to a March 18 news release shared with Becker’s.
Mr. Anton will work closely with Michael Prilutsky, president and CEO of Jersey City Medical Center.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Anton served as senior vice president of operations at Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals.
