1. Ms. Ware most recently served as CFO of Macon, Ga.-based Navicent Health’s rural area health services, which oversees four hospitals including Navicent Health Baldwin.
2. She has worked at Navicent Health for 17 years.
3. She was part of the team that helped Oconee Regional Medical Center transition into Navicent Health Baldwin after it was acquired by Navicent Health last year.
4. Ms. Ware succeeds Darren Pearce, BSN, who resigned after serving as CEO for a little over three months.
