Prior to joining Nathan Littauer Hospital, Mr. Ostrander served as senior director of finance at Glens Falls (N.Y.) Hospital.
Mr. Ostrander is replacing the retiring Henry Legendziewicz. Mr. Ostrander joined the hospital earlier this month.
