Minnesota health system names first chief experience and marketing officer

Bjorn Gunnerud was appointed chief experience and marketing officer for North Memorial Health system in Robbinsdale, Minn.

He assumed the newly created position on Nov. 8, a news release shared with Becker’s said.

“As healthcare continues to change, we are on a mission to attract leaders to North Memorial Health who bring a bias for action and innovation,” said J. Kevin Croston, MD, the health system’s CEO. “I have confidence Bjorn will bring together our talented teams to maximize the impact we have during each customer touchpoint.”

Mr. Gunnerud previously held leadership and consulting positions with healthcare organizations including Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System, UNC Health in Durham, N.C., and CVS Health/MinuteClinic.
