meQuilibrium, a digital coaching solution that delivers resilience solutions to employers, health plans, wellness providers and consumers, has appointed Scott Fillenworth executive vice president of sales and business development.

Here are four things to know about Mr. Fillenworth.

1. He has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience.

2. Most recently, he was vice president, Eastern U.S. and Canada, of Skillsoft, an educational technology company.

3. Prior to his role at Skillsoft, Mr. Fillenworth worked in roles such as executive vice president of sales and marketing for project management company BrightWork. 

4. He earned a bachelor’s degree in American studies at Middlebury (Vt.) College.
