Meeker Memorial Hospital names new CEO: 4 note

Litchfield, Minn.-based Meeker Memorial Hospital and Clinics selected Kurt Waldbillig to serve as CEO, effective in September, according to a Litchfield Independent Review report.

Here are four notes:

1. Mr. Waldbillig is currently CEO of Swift County-Benson (Minn.) Health Services.

2. He has prior experience as CEO of Jacobson Memorial Hospital in Elgin, N.D.

3. He holds a master’s degree in management, with a healthcare concentration, from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D.

4. Mr. Waldbillig succeeds Kyle Rasmussen, who is stepped down May 1.
