1. Mr. McKay most recently served as market CEO for Sparks Health System in Fort Smith, Ark.
2. His prior experience includes serving as vice president of operations for Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health System’s Division II.
3. He served on the Arkansas Hospital Association’s board and represented Arkansas on the American Hospital Association’s regional policy board.
4. He earned his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
5. Mr. McKay succeeds Sally Davenport, RN, who is retiring at the end of the month.
