Meeker Memorial Hospital CEO to resign: 4 things to know

Kyle Rasmussen, CEO of Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield, Minn., tendered his resignation, according to a Crow River Media report.

Here are four things to know:

1. Although the resignation was announced at a Meeker County Board of Commissioners meeting, it is unclear when the resignation will become effective. Mr. Rasmussen is still employed by the hospital.

2. Mr. Rasmussen has served as Meeker Memorial Hospital CEO since 2009.

3. Previously, he served as vice president at Summit Medical Sales in Otsego, Minn.

4. He has more than 30 years of healthcare administration experience.
