The team will lead Maui Memorial Medical Center in Wailuku, Kula (Hawaii) Hospital and Lanai Community Hospital in Lanai City.
The operations of the three facilities officially transferred from the state to Maui Health System on July 1. The health system is a part of Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente.
The leadership team includes:
● Hospital administrator: Ray Hahn, who most recently served as interim hospital administrator for Kaiser Permanente’s Moanalua Medical Center in Oahu, Hawaii.
● CFO: Joyce Tamori, who most recently served as CFO of Maui Memorial Medical Center.
● Chief nursing executive: Gary Kienbaum, RN, who was Moanalua Medical Center’s interim chief nurse executive.
● Chief administrative officer: Traci Ing, who served as COO for Maui Memorial Medical Center.
● Director of compliance operations: Tamara Koller, who most recently was regional compliance and privacy officer at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
● Director of information technology: Brian Coogan, who previously served as the manager of informatics at Maui Memorial Medical Center.
● Assistant administrator for quality, safety and performance: Paul Harper-O’Connor, RN, who was the quality and continuous improvement officer for Maui Memorial Medical Center.
● Assistant administrator for clinical services: Jacqueline Levy, RN, who previously served as director of emergency services at Kaiser Permanente’s San Diego Medical Center.
