Mark Doyle named Memorial Hospital Pembroke CEO

Mark E. Doyle, MBA, has been named administrator and CEO of Memorial Hospital Pembroke in Pembroke Pines, Fla., part of Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Healthcare System.

Mr. Doyle, who recently served as interim CFO for Memorial Healthcare System, will be responsible for running all operations for Memorial Hospital Pembroke, including the hospital’s outpatient services and urgent care center.

Prior to joining Memorial Healthcare System, Mr. Doyle served as senior vice president and CFO for St. Vincent Healthcare System in Jacksonville, Fla. Before that, he worked as the regional CFO for Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he is credited for designing and implementing the MOPED program, a community outreach program dedicated to screening and qualifying patients for Medicaid, healthcare exchange products and other financial assistance. He also previously served as CFO for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare and King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services.
