Mr. Vance most recently served as COO for Davis Hospital and Medical Center in Layton, Utah. Before that, he worked for healthcare providers in Kansas and Indiana. He will replace Mark Nichols, who recently accepted the CEO position at Starr Regional Medical Center in Athens, Tenn.
