Nashville General Hospital selects Joseph Webb as CEO

Joseph Webb, PhD, has been selected to serve as CEO of Nashville (Tenn.) General Hospital at Meharry, according to The Tennessean.

Dr. Webb has verbally agreed to accept the position. A contract has not yet been signed, but Dr. Webb told reporters he expects to start work in January, according to The Tennessean.

With more than 20 years of experience serving in executive capacities at hospitals, Dr. Webb currently serves as COO at Common Table Health Alliance in Memphis, Tenn.
