Mr. Foust joined Children’s Health System of Texas in September and oversees the legal affairs and governance department.
Previously, Mr. Foust served at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.
He was one of the first attorneys in Texas to be recognized as a specialist in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and frequently addresses the American Health Lawyers Association.
