Mr. Kindron joined Sharp Grossmont Hospital in 2006. Since then, he’s fulfilled interim CFO duties and served as finance director, manager, supervisor and senior financial analyst. Mr. Kindron has nearly 17 years of financial experience. Before joining the hospital, he held finance and accounting positions with La Jolla, Calif.-based Scripps Health, Mack/Barclay and Gateway Partners.
Ms. White has more than 25 years of healthcare executive experience and 12 years of experience in the CNO role. She comes to Sharp Grossmont Hospital from Children’s Hospital of Orange County, where she oversaw patient care services. Ms. White also served as CNO and vice president at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., and as vice president of cardiovascular services at Memorial Health Care System in Long Beach, Calif.
