CEO of Las Vegas University Medical Center leaves for role at Dignity Health

Lawrence Barnard, CEO of University Medical Center in Las Vegas, is resigning to become president of San Francisco-based Dignity Health’s San Martin Hospital, also in Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

Mr. Barnard joined University Medical Center in August 2012 and was serving as COO when he was selected to become CEO this past January.

University Medical Center’s COO, Mason VanHouweling, will become interim CEO.
