Phoenix-based Maricopa Integrated Health System named Michael White, MD, executive vice president and CMO, effective Aug. 12.
Three points:
1. Dr. White is currently chief academic officer at CHI Health in Omaha. Neb.
2. He has also served as associate dean for education innovation at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha since 2015.
3. He is a practicing interventional cardiologist.
