Lee Health appoints VP of data analytics and continuous improvement: 3 points

Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health named Marcelo Zottolo vice president of data analytics and continuous improvement.

Here are three points:

1. Mr. Zottolo previously led the process analytics team and served as process improvement engineer in the health system’s lean transformation office.

2. He joined Lee Health in 2010, prior to which he was a consultant for PMC, an operations improvement consulting firm.

3. He holds a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a master’s degree in health informatics from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
