Mr. Heinzeroth previously worked for the state of Iowa Communications Network, where he spent the last five years as CFO. He also previously worked as an auditor for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Denman and Company. Mr. Heinzeroth began work in his new position on Dec. 12.
