Kevin G. Murphy named Signature Healthcare CFO

Kevin G. Murphy has been named senior vice president and CFO of Signature Healthcare in Brockton, Mass.

Mr. Murphy joined Signature in October from Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health System, where he was Western Region CFO overseeing Newton (N.J.) Medical Center and Hackettstown (N.J.) Medical Center.

He previously was vice president of finance of NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in New York, and CFO of Richmond University Medical Center, also in New York.

Mr. Murphy has a master’s degree in public administration from Long Island University in New York and a bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y.  He is a past fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
