Jackson Health System Names New Chief Executive

Jackson Health System in Miami, Fla., has named Eneida Roldan, MD, as its new chief executive, according to a report by the Miami Herald.

Dr. Roldan will be the first woman and first Hispanic to lead the health system, which oversees four hospitals and 10 primary care centers and other facilities.

Dr. Roldan joined Jackson Health in 2008 as a senior vice president and has served as chief operating officer, interim president and interim chief compliance officer since last year.
