Ms. Poling currently serves as COO for the health system. She replaces Richard Seidler, who will become CEO of Trinity Regional Health System in Rock Island, Ill. Both Allen Health and Trinity Regional are senior affiliate hospitals of Des Moines, Iowa-based Iowa Health System.
