Mr. Bumgarner is the current president and CEO at Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville, Iowa. Mr. Bumgarner previously worked at Spencer Hospital from 1982-86 as the facility’s human resources director.
Mr. Bumgarner has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and holds an MBA from Iowa State University.
