Ms. McClure has held several roles since joining the hospital 48 years ago, including business office manager and CFO. She became Hill Regional Hospital’s CEO in 1993.
During her tenure, Ms. McClure led the hospital through the construction of a new surgical unit, emergency department and many remodeling projects as well as recruitment of numerous physicians to the community, according to the report.
