Whidbey General Hospital names Geri Forbes CEO

Whidbey General Hospital in Coupeville, Wash., has selected Geri Forbes to succeed Tom Tomasino as CEO, according to the Whidbey News-Times.

Currently, Ms. Forbes is CEO of Doctor’s Memorial Hospital in Perry, Fla.

According to the report, Mr. Tomasino will not stay on board to work with Ms. Forbes as originally discussed by the hospital board. Instead, Mr. Tomasino will depart from the hospital before she takes over.
