Three notes:
1. Ms. Osse has served in legislative roles with Colorado’s Department of Personnel and Administration and the state’s transportation department.
2. She has also worked as a legislative director for Axiom Politics, a lobbying firm in Denver.
3. In her new role, she will oversee HealthOne’s government relations in the Colorado and Wichita, Kan., markets and represent the organization with trade and business associations.
