1. Mr. Nelli has worked for Health Catalyst since 2013.
2. During his tenure at the company, Mr. Nelli served as senior vice president responsible for developing a new product line and helmed the development of the internal business operations group, according to Health Catalyst.
3. Mr. Nelli previously was a private equity associate in Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR Golder Rauner’s healthcare group.
4. Health Catalyst said its previous CFO, Dan Strong, will be in an advisory role with the company through 2019.
