Gordon (Neb.) Memorial Health Services has named Joshua R. Kotter, JD, CEO, according to a Sheridan County Journal Star report.

Mr. Kotter previously served as executive hospital administrator and general counsel at Prowers County Hospital District in Lamar, Colo., according to the report.
