Girard Medical Center in Philadelphia has named Michael Payne as CEO, according to a Pittsburgh Morning Sun report.

Mr. Payne has served as the interim CEO since July 2011. He has several years of experience as a CEO, most recently with North Ottawa Community Hospital in Grande Haven, Mich.
