Geisinger Northeast includes Geisinger Community Medical Center in Danville; Geisinger Marworth Treatment Center in Waverly, Pa.; Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) as well as Geisinger’s hospital-based outpatient services in the northeast region.
Dr. Aquilina has held numerous leadership positions at Geisinger, including CMO of Geisinger Community Medical Center and associate CMO for Geisinger Northeast. He is a family practitioner and geriatrician who joined Geisinger in 1993.
Mr. Beer previously was chief administrative officer for Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center and Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. He has also served as an officer in the Medical Service Corps in the U. S. Army.
