Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Froedtert ThedaCare has named Terra Swanson, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer of its North Region.
As CNO, Ms. Swanson will lead all nursing and perioperative services across the North Region. She will focus on reducing variation in care and aligning clinical practice with evidence-based guidelines, according to a Dec. 10 news release from the system.
Ms. Swanson joined ThedaCare in 2003 as a certified nursing assistant while completing her nursing degree and has held a variety of leadership roles since, most recently serving as vice president of perioperative services, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The North Region includes several hospitals and clinics serving northeast and central Wisconsin, including ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah and affiliated regional medical centers.
