Gerald “Jerry” Staley has been named CHRO of Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health, according to a Dec. 5 LinkedIn post.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Staley served as director of human resources for Cook County, Ill., according to his LinkedIn page.
He also served as chief human resources officer and regional vice president for Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
Essentia also named Philip Luitjens its new administrator for Essentia-St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, the Dec. 5 post said.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Luitjens served as vice president of operations for acute care for St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare Health.
